Fire
by PinkKirby

Draw: Fire is very random. There is no real shape, so just simply follow the basic fire shape, but add creativity to it. If you want it to look real, don’t overdo it. Some fire is simple, some are very dramatic. Don’t forget to add the embers!

Color: In your basic fire use yellow for the basic shade, then orange for the outline and the points farthest from the core. Then follow up it a shade of red/reddish-orange at any tint for the glow, depending on the ferocity of the flame and the amount of light in the area. The color of the ember varies with its location. Embers far away from the source are the same color as the end tips, while the embers near the source are the same color as the core color.

Flame Intensities: Flames are the strongest at their core, and their source.

Reflecting Fire:
When fire reflects off a surface, (last two pics) it keeps the same basic shape, but not as complex as the fire itself. And depending on how close the fire is to the reflected surface, that is how bright you will draw it.

Types of Fire: You have the Slash (above diagram), the Blast (bottom-left pic), and the Basic (bottom-right).
